Presenting eternal schlagers, recent hits from The Wrong Future and brand new material, the award-winning concert mixes live musicians and performance with interactive video and virtual reality. By inserting the musicians directly into movies, Youtube clips, dating apps, video games and social media, the show zooms through a seemingly infinite series of alternative realities, from dreamy escapism to intense media overloads – all while simultaneously existing in a pulsing club atmosphere.

The performance has previously toured as a solo show for stages and festivals for music, art and technology in Europe for several years, and are now being scaled up to a full band concert performance, with a Norwegian tour season 2018/2019. The premiere is at Parkteatret, Oslo November 15th, with rest of dates set for spring 2019.

“One of the oldest cinemas in Europe (dating back to 1907), Parkteatret is now a 500-capacity music venue with an excellent reputation for Norwegian and international acts. The former projection room is now a tiny recording studio but much of the original decor remains. On Sundays it downsizes to a small stage and showcases local talent.” (The Guardian, UK)

Parkteatret is situated in Grünerløkka, an area that has become revigorated since the 1990’s and is now one of the most vibrant parts of the city. The venue is in its original shape, although the stage has undergone a complete rebuild so that it meets the standard of sound reflection in European concert venues.
